Shopping and strollers

We had a great day here today. The boys and I hung out this morning as their daddy headed out to do a quick job. When he got back we decided to head out for the day. I snapped this picture of the boys and their daddy from outside out living room window. Boy Chad's head sure does look big next to their little heads LOL

They both love to look out the window. We have a fair amount of traffic go down our street and they really get a kick out of watching the cars go by and the people walking down the road.

We went out to 2 different malls, Toys R Us, Old Navy, Walmart and a few small stops between all of those. The boys are always so good when we take them out. Of course we got lots of comments and a few people stopping us to look at them, but nothing too annoying today. Some days I get very annoyed at the comments I just feel are rude, but today none of that.

We have decided it is time to put the double snap and go aside and move to a regular front/back double stroller for when in stores. We have a great side by side jogger for when we are out for walks since we do a bit of off road walking...parks, paths and all that good stuff. So now shopping around (Craig's List) for a decent front/back.

The SNG did us good for these six months of life. Something every mom of twins should have!!

I can't imagine going out with 2 babies at a time. You are brave, girl! I'm glad your boys are so good when you are out and about.

Cute pic!

Dianne, I saw your comment on Nicole's blog about the felt name books. I did sew but used hot glue too. I only sewed the letters and honestly you are suppose to sew the whole thing for the true effect. Email me at adia2007@hotmail.com if you would like some tips, tricks, lists of words to make with the letters, etc.

We love the Double Snap n Go too! It's so, so very nice to have when out and about! Only thing I wish, is that it was easier to steer with one hand. It never fails that one of my boys wants to be held when we are shopping. Thankfully it's usually just one. I need to remember to take a carrier with when shopping...

Love your posts...glad you are blogging. :)
