16 Months continued....

Well I just found out Dillon actually has another tooth. I was checking Lucas because he has been biting everything non-stop, including his brother, and his two bottom molars are coming in. Figured I would check to see if Dillon has them coming in, one has already broken through the skin.

They just had lunch, figured Dillon was hungry since he was walking around the kitchen saying "eat" over and over again.
Lucas said "apple" for the first time this morning. I was trying to think of what all they say, I am worried they are behind on language skills.
Lucas thinks every animal says "woof woof". They do sine E I E I O. And when they watch it on a nursery rhyme show they try to do the other noises.
They say "juice", "bop", "bath", "up", "hi" "cheese", "banana", "shoes"...and other stuff but drawing a blank right now.

They both give five and know Itsy Bitsy Spider.

They are starting to play a lot more. They enjoy their weeble houses and weebles. Dillon carries around an Elmo that is almost as big as he is. He really likes to play with all the stuffed animals they have. Dillon will carry around a toy phone and babble away.

Their poor shins are always bruised. They get running so fast their feet can't keep up with them, so they are constantly falling. And now that they climb, they are constantly falling. They like to sit on each other, push each other, steal things from each other. But they are sweet to each other at times too.

Throwing a ball around the house is a favorite activity. They have a few super balls that bouncy really well, and they get a kick out of that.

I don't know what else to say, they keep me busy, keep me on my toes, there is never a dull moment.

16 Months

The boys are 16 months today.
Both have 10 teeth.
Climbing everywhere.
Getting into everything.
Just non-stop.
Here are some crappy pictures b/c I can't get them to stay still or not get two inches from in front of the camera.

First Trip To Chuck E Cheese

Took the boys to their first trip to Chuck E Cheese today. They had a blast. We stayed about an hour b/c I was exhausted from chasing Lucas who didn't want to stay in the toddler area. Dillon didn't try to leave the area once. We will go back, that is for sure. Here are a few pictures. The rest will be on Facebook and the Flickr site. It was funny that Dillon loved the little ride on toys, nice thing is they are a token each(25 cents) but Lucas only wanted to sit on them if they weren't moving.

Brotherly Love

This could be looked at as a hug or one brother being attacked by the other....either way I guess it is brotherly love.
